Yes, we offer 30 minutes for set-up before an event + 30 minutes for tear-down after the event.
Our rental fee is priced per hour. Weekdays (Monday through Thursday) are $100/hour. Weekends (Friday through Sunday) are $125/hour before 10 p.m. and $165/hour after 10 p.m.
We believe in being fair and transparent about fees. We charge a $150 cleaning fee. We do NOT charge service or gratuity fees.
